Mobile service of freight railwagons

We offer comprehensive service support for freight wagons. Mobile teams will diagnose and remove even the most complicated faults, restoring wagons to normal traffic.

The scope of work performed by our service includes:

Running gear diagnostics.
Wheel set diagnostics with a laser device for measuring the profile outline, equivalent conicity, diameter, size of flat spots, axial and radial run-out (ovalization), distances of inner wheel planes Az, Ez.
Mobile replacement of wheel sets at the place of switching off the wagon, using Hegenscheidt-MFD lifters, without the need to use a crane.
Diagnostics and measurements of draw-buffer devices.
Replacement of devices, draw hooks and screw couplings.
Diagnostics of mechanical and pneumatic brake systems of all types. We are one of the few that can perform diagnostics of the brake system with the AC2D and AC3D modules.
Replacement of all types of distribution valves, pressure transformers, transformers with a broken curve, self-weighing valves, automatic brake pad adjusters.
Replacement of springs, suspension springs, springs and side slides of the bogie, spring links and pins, measurements and replacement of links, friction mushrooms, damping node clamps.
Performing control and periodic inspections of wagons up to the P3 maintenance level.

In addition, we participate as independent experts both in committees investigating the cause of wagon damage, as well as in accepting wagons for lease and when returning wagons from lease. We have four logistics centers (GCU status) - in Łódź, Kraków, Tczew and Małaszewicze, where customers can redirect spare parts, including wheel sets.
